Good workout. It wasn't terribly metabolic, but I felt like I got hit by a truck afterwards.
Nutrition:
10:00am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 7oz Cabbage, 1cup Marinara, 3tbsp Olive Oil.
2:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 2scoops Egg Protein.
4:30pm: 8oz Guacamole, 8oz Hot Salami, Romaine Lettuce.
