Wednesday, December 26th

WOD:

Back Squat 3 x 5 x 127.5kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 61kg

Missed squats this Monday, so I figured I would just get in some volume so I would be able to perform well next Monday. I'll have to do the same weight again, however, since I haven't been consistent the last couple of weeks.

Nutrition:

12:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Lettuce, Salsa, Green Onion, Cilantro, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, 1 Avocado. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter).
