Sucky. 60kg cleans are heavy, and it made this workout long, but not particularly metabolic.
Nutrition:
8:00am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Lettuce, Salsa, Green Onion, Cilantro, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, 1 Avocado.
12:00pm: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter).
5:00pm: 8oz Black Forest Ham. 8oz Pineapple. 1can Coconut Milk.
