Wanted to work on quickly rebounding upon landing from a box jump right into the next... it's hard. I managed to get the first 30 in a row, had to break up the second and third sets. I suck at ring dips, managed to get in 7 in a row on the first set, then it quickly went downhill from their. Haven't done any single arm stuff for a while, forgot how potent the balance/stability portion of them is.


8:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Lettuce, Salsa, Green Onion, Cilantro, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, 1 Avocado.

12:30pm: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter).

4:30pm: 8oz German Style Salami. 2 Lara Bars.

Finally looked up the nutrition info on salami, it looks like on average it has 9g Fat and 6g Protein per 1oz serving, which is good, because it's automatically 3x Fat without having to add any additional foods. That means that the 8oz that I ate is about 850kcal.
