Ouch. I've never rope climbed in a workout before, it sucks. The thrusters were actually pretty easy, which is surprising considering I did 63 of them yesterday at the same weight.
Nutrition:
11:00am: Spaghetti Squash Carbonara (Spaghetti Squash, Hot Italian Sausage, Bacon, Olive Oil). 1 Avocado.
3:30pm: 1can (7.5oz) Salmon. 3 Oranges. 2tbsp Almond Butter.
8:00pm: 1 Stuffed Chicken Breast (tomatoes, spinach, tahini), 12oz Roasted Cauliflower Vinaigrette (Cauliflower, Kalamata Olives, Pine Nuts, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar). 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
