WOD:
I got jumped... twice.
3 Rounds, 1min/exercise for reps of the following, with a 1min rest between rounds:
Dumbell Hang Cleans @ 40#
Double Unders
Burpees
Rest 5min
3 Rounds, 1min/exercise for reps of the following, with a 1min rest between rounds:
Push Press @ 75lbs
Box Jumps @ 20"
D-Ball Slams @ 20#

224 (30,23,20)(26,23,22)(28,27,25)
Ouch. The first fight wasn't too bad, the dumbell hang cleans were slow enough that I wasn't pushing lactate threshold the entire time, and the double unders were overwhelming after like 8. The second fight was non-stop work, and it sucked.
Nutrition:
12:30pm: 1 can (7.5oz) Salmon. 4tbsp Almond Butter.
4:00pm: 8oz Roasted Chicken Breast. 1can Coconut Milk. 3 Oranges.
8:30pm: Greenlake Bar & Grill: Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi. Steak & Blue Cheese Salad.
