WOD:

Power Clean 5 x 3 x 70kg
Overhead Squat 5 x 3 x 62.5kg
L-Sit 3 x Max Hold - 32.00, 19.38, 16.87

Decided to re-start my Overhead Squat progression, and was surprised to find that I could easily handle the weight I left off at more than a month ago. Feeling confident enough with my Power Cleans now that I am going to start a weekly progression with them.

Nutrition:

12:30pm: 8oz Salami. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 1can (7.5oz) Salmon. 3 Oranges. 1can Coconut Milk.

9:00pm: Jillian's: A bunch of meatballs and chicken wings. 2glasses wine.
