Monday, January 28th


Back Squat 5 x 5 x 130kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 57kg


10:30am: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad (Whole Foods). 4tbsp Almond Butter.

2:00pm: Spaghetti Squash w/ Ground Beef & Marinara.

7:30pm: 6oz Shredded Chicken Breast, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Dressing (2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Champagne Vinegar, 1tbsp Wheat Free Tamari, Garlic, Ginger).

New Recipe:

Spaghetti Squash w/ Ground Beef & Marinara

2 Spaghetti Squash
2lbs Grass Fed Ground Beef
1bottle (16oz) Marinara (No added sugar)

Halve Squash, scoop out contents, place face down in a baking dish, add a little water to bottom of dish, place in oven for 40min @ 350°. Meanwhile, brown Ground Beef in skillet, then add Marinara and simmer for a bit. Once Squash is done, scoop out contents into Beef & Sauce, stir to coat.

For me, this makes 4 servings. Seriously, it's delicious.
