3 x (14 Single Arm Hang Power Snatch @ 35lbs, 7 Sumo Deadlift Highpull @ 75lbs)

Nutrition:
10:30am: 5 Eggs, 1 Avocado.
4:30pm: Zucchini Casserole. 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
8:00pm: Curry Chicken Salad.
New Recipe:
Zucchini Casserole
2lbs Grass-Fed Ground Beef
4 Small Zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthwise
2cups chopped Red Onion
2cups sliced Mushrooms
4cloves minced Garlic
4tbsp Olive Oil
2cups Chicken Broth
2tbsp Arrowroot Powder
4tsp Almond Meal
Brown Beef in skillet with Mushrooms, Onion, and Garlic, and Olive Oil. Meanwhile, heat Chicken Broth with Arrowroot Powder and Almond Meal, stir frequently until forms a thick gravy. Line a baking dish with zucchini, pour some gravy on, cover with meat & veggies. Lather, Rinse, Repeat until out of everything, throw in oven @ 350 for ~40min. Makes 4 servings for me.
Yeah, back to good nutrition! It's about time, it's been about 2 1/2 weeks of nutritional debauchery.
