WOD:
5 Rounds:
5 x Resisted Sprint ~30m
10 Elevated Push-ups
10 Knees to Elbows
Rest
Resisted Sprint was with bands, had to sprint out and touch a Kettlebell, bands recoiled you back to starting position.
Also played around with deadlifts some, wanted to find out when I started to lose rigidity in the spine. looks like anything over 130kg is when I start to lose it. I think I'm going to start a deadlift progression, see if I can get stronger without losing spinal rigidity.
Nutrition:
8:30am: Curry Chicken Salad (7oz Chicken, 4x Fat).
1:30pm: Zucchini Casserole (6oz Beef, 3x Fat). 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
4:00pm: 12oz Fumi Chicken (Whole Foods). 1 Fuji Apple. 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
