I felt off today. I think it was the Honey Roasted Cashews I ate last night. They messed with my sleep.
Nutrition:
9:30am: 9oz Grass-Fed Rib Eye Steak. 8oz Green Beans w/ 2tbsp Butter.
12:30pm: 7oz Roasted Chicken. 8oz Arugula Salad (Whole Foods: Arugula, Pine Nuts, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese).
4:30pm: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad (Whole Foods). 4tbsp Almond Butter.
