WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 125kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 55kg

Missed a few weeks, this felt heavy. Started doing the presses without a rebound (start each press from a dead stop), they are much harder that way.

Nutrition:

11:00am: 7oz Cabbage, 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado.

2:30pm: Curry Chicken Salad (~6oz Chicken). 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.

4:30pm: 7oz Salmon (canned), 1can Coconut Milk, 1 Fuji Apple.
