Moderately heavy, my hamstrings are sore from squatting yesterday.

Nutrition:

8:00am: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

12:00pm: Curry Chicken Salad (~6oz Chicken).

5:00pm: 8oz Garlic Wine Salami, 2 Oranges. 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
