Never tried the MB Clean/Wall Ball combo before in a workout. It wasn't particularly hard, this was a good, short, intense workout. Ending with rowing is always fun.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Curry Chicken Salad (~6oz Chicken).

1:30am: 8oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

4:30pm: 2 Mediterranean Tuna stuffed Tomatoes (Whole Foods). 2 Oranges. 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
