WOD:

Deadlift 5 x 3 x 120kg
L-Sit 3 x Max hold (21,20,16sec)

The deadlifts were definitely light, but I need more training at lighter weights, because back when I was doing a linear progression I was to the point where I could get the weight up, but with a rounded back. I don't want to train that in.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Curry Chicken Salad (~6oz Chicken).

12:30pm: 8oz Italian Salami. 1 Avocado.

5:00pm: 3/4lb Fumi Chicken (Whole Foods). 2 Oranges. 2tbsp Macadamia Nuts.
