15 Handstand Push-ups
15 Pull-ups
15 Thrusters @ 95lbs


I still suck at handstand push-ups, which was my sticking point during this workout. The trouble is that I learned them on my own, and I'm significantly bowed when I do them. I need to practice them more on my own.
