WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 130kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 57kg
Felt surprisingly easy, considering I missed squats yesterday, and all the debauchery that ensued this past weekend in Vegas.
Nutrition:
11:30am: 8oz German Style Salami. ~4oz Olives.
4:00pm: 1 Stuffed Chicken Breast (stuffed with olives, mushrooms, and some other stuff). 2tbsp Almond Butter.
