WOD:
5/4/3/2/1 reps of the following, all with a 75lb barbell, without putting the barbell down:
Snatch Grip High Pull
Hang Power Snatch
Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Thruster
Good Morning
Bent Over Row
Rest ~3min
4/3/2/1 reps, rest, 3/2/1 reps, rest, 2/1 reps, rest, 1 rep.
Didn't time it, just got it done. Grip was the limiting factor here. I don't like high pulls, they bother my shoulders, and the Good Morning/Bent Over Row transition was awkward, it broke up the flow of the complex.
Nutrition:
8:30am: 1lb Chinese Chicken Salad. 4tbsp Almond Butter.
1:30pm: 1lb Chinese Pork Spare Ribs.
8:00pm: 8 Smoked Salmon/Cream Cheese Roll-ups. 16fl. oz Lamb Stew.
