WOD:

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

140-145-150-155-160-165(miss)-162.5(miss) (all in kg)

Man, after pulling 160, I couldn't even budge 165 or 162.5. I consider this a form PR, since the only other time I've pulled 160 was during the Total last October, and it was definitely a rounded back deadlift.

Nutrition:

1:30pm: 1lb Chicken Ragu (Whole Foods). 8oz Strawberries + 1cup Yogurt. 2tbsp Almond Butter.

5:30pm: Greenlake Bar & Grill: Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad. 1 Beer.

9:30pm: Mama's Mexican Food: Beef Burrito. Chips & Salsa. 2 Margaritas.
