I hit the low-carb wall today. I had no energy during this workout, it felt like it took forever. I'm 4 days in to pretty strict low carb, which is usually when it hits. I'm going to try to push through and make it a full 14 days to become fat adapted and see what happens to my performance thereafter. I will be modifying my programming to reflect the fact that my glycogen stores will be depleted, which means mostly strength training and short (<10min) met-cons.
Nutrition:
12:00pm: 8oz Grilled White Fish, 8oz Smoked Salmon Spread.
4:30pm: 1lb Sausage w/ peppers & stuff. 8oz Strawberries + 1cup Yogurt.
9:00pm: The Ram: Big Horn Salad w/ Steak. 1 Bowl Clam Chowder. 1 Beer.
