WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 135kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 62kg
Dropped the 5th rep of my 4th set of squats, and then only managed 3 reps on the 5th set. I'm pretty sure the Big Climb wore me out a little more than I was anticipating yesterday, so I'll be happy to repeat this weight again next week.
Nutrition:
10:30am: Whole Foods: 1lb Charleston Chicken Salad.
3:30pm: Whole Foods: 8oz Leg of Lamb, 8oz Spinach & Strawberry Salad.
8:30pm: Whole Foods: Ground Beef, Guacamole, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream (~1.5lbs total).
