WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 135kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 63kg

Couldn't get myself to do the 5th rep of my 2nd set, ended up doing the remaining sets as triples. No failed reps on the presses. I've decided that I'm going to stop my squatting progression for a while, and switch to a MWF Met-con, TR ME (maximal effort) template, for some variety. I've been squatting every Monday for a long time, and it's starting to wear on me, to say the least. Besides, there are a lot of other skills that I want to work on, and this template will give me the opportunity to do that.

Nutrition:

9:30am: 4 Eggs, tbsp Tapenade, 5 slices Bacon.

1:30pm: Taco Salad.

5:00pm: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing.

New Recipe:

Taco Salad:
6oz Ground Beef
A Bunch of Romaine Lettuce (usually ~1/4lb)
4oz Cherry Tomatoes
8oz Salsa
1 Avocado

I usually brown the beef in some kind of seasoning (I usually make 2lbs uncooked at a time), taco seasoning if I can find good stuff. The salsa is usually either home-made, or the fancy fresh made stuff at the store (Central Market has the best kind).

Mr. Cooper,

My name is Mark Keel. I'm an ex-professional football player, now coaching high school football in the area. I have been researching alternative workouts and came across your page.

I noticed your interest in nutrition and would like to introduce a product called Himalayan GoChi Juice to you, if you aren't already familiar with it. I think it would be very beneficial to athletes participating in CrossFit Training.

I would appreciate the oppoutunity to talk with you about my product. I can be reached at (360)731-0837 or, kahuna83@comcast.net or, markkeel.freelife.com

Thank your for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
