Ok, so my nutrition has been pretty off as of late, mostly due to lack of and/or poor planning, so I'm going to go strict paleo for 2 weeks (including weekends) to get back into the swing of things. That being said, my first meal today was not strict paleo, because Whole Foods puts milk in their scrambled eggs, but I haven't prepared any food yet, so I didn't have many choices, unless I wanted to just not eat, which I wasn't willing to do.



Didn't get much sleep last night so decided not to workout today. I'm considering switching to a Tuesday - Saturday workout schedule, since I inevitably get less sleep than I need Sunday night because I stay up late Friday and Saturday nights.


8:30am: Whole Foods: ~1lb Scrambled Eggs. ~1/2lb Bacon.

1:00pm: 6oz Hot Italian Sausage, Olive Oil, Diced Cabbage, Marinara Sauce.

5:00pm: 6oz Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Sautéed Vegetables (Celery, Onion, Cabbage, Mushrooms, Carrots).
