Felt like crap today. My back was making weird sounds, I feel like I have a little tendinitis in my right elbow, possibly from the cleans yesterday, and I had no wind. bleh.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Whole Foods: ~1lb Scrambled Eggs, 1/4lb Bacon.

1:30pm: Taco Salad.

5:00pm: 6oz Chicken, 9oz Cabbage, 2oz Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing.

8:30pm: Latona Pub: Burger, Mixed Greens, 2 Beer.
