Situps

I was inspired to do this workout after watching this guy Speal do it in a CrossFit video in 4:33. I don't know how the hell he did that, because I was moving pretty damn fast. I don't think he's human.

Nutrition:

12:30pm: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Tapenade, 5 slices Bacon.

4:00pm: Taco Salad.

9:00pm: Jalisco Mexican Restaurant: Chips & Salsa, Grilled Quesadilla, 2 Tongue Soft Tacos, 1 JUMBO Margarita.

Yeah I saw that vid. He was crazy fast on the situps (did you anchor your feet and whip your arms?) and I don't think he missed at all on his double unders. Speal won the metcon challenge at the CF games last year. He's a badass.

I did anchor my hips and whip my arms, but I just couldn't move as fast as him. He missed a few times on his double unders, but it was definitely the situps that gave him the advantage. He actually came in 3rd in the hopper workout behind APT and OPT, check out the results here:
