My 9am ladies started a weight-loss challenge today, so I'm going to use that as another source of accountability in my thus-far failed attempt to get back on track nutritionally.
10:00: BW = 176.2lbs
I'm pretty sure that I should be sitting comfortably at around 165lbs, so I've definitely got a little work to do. I'll probably lose about 5lbs of water weight over the next couple of days, so it shouldn't take too long to get back to where I should be.
WOD:

No meaningful time to completion. This was a "team" workout with three people per team. This meant about a minute of rest in between rounds waiting for a vacant rower.
Nutrition:
08:30: 16oz 3-shot Americano.
11:30: 6 Eggs, 5 Slices Bacon, 2oz Salsa.
17:30: 13oz Curry Chicken Salad.
21:30: The Pub at Piper's Creek: 1 Blue Cheese Burger, 1 Bacon Cheese Burger. 3 Beers.
