WOD:

Tabata Squats, Sit-ups, KB Swings. Follwed by an 800m Run

20, 13, 10, 4:00

Rest periods between exercises were loosely monitored, ended up being ~1min. KB Swings were eye level, Russian style, with a 24kg KB.

Nutrition:

07:30: 16oz 3-shot Americano.

11:00: 1 Serving Lamb & Strawberry Salad.

16:00: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad.

21:00: The Triangle Lounge: Cheeseburger. small side Salad w/ Ranch Dressing. bowl of Clam Chowder.

New Recipe:

Lamb & Strawberry Salad:
8oz Lamb (Stew Meat Works Best)
6oz sliced Strawberries
1/4cup Slivered Almonds
1 bunch Frisee
2tbsp Lime Juice
4tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp minced Mint Leaves
extra Olive Oil

Brown Stew Meat in skillet with extra Olive Oil; set aside to cool. Chop Frisee, combine with Stew Meat, Almonds, and Strawberries. Place Olive Oil, Lime Juice, and Mint in sealed container, shake well, then pour over other ingredients. Makes 1 serving.
