Weighted Pull-ups: Sets of 3:

Also successfully attempted 45 Thrusters @ 1/2BW (40kg). Not timed, just can't put the bar down.


08:30: 16oz 3-shot Americano.

11:30: 6 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon, 1 Avocado.

15:30: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad.

21:30: The Red Door: 1 bowl Clam Chowder. Tuna Caesar Salad (no croutons, extra dressing).

New Recipe:

Pesto Chicken Salad:
1lb Chicken Breast
1cup Basil Leaves (packed tight)
1/4cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3tbsp Pine Nuts
1/2cup Olive Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
Cherry Tomatoes
Extra Pine Nuts and Parmesan to taste

Boil and peel chicken breasts. Place Basil, Parmesan, Pine Nuts, and Olive Oil in a food processor, mix well, then stir into Chicken. Makes 2 servings. Add Tomatoes, extra Pine Nuts and Parmesan as desired.
