BW = 176.6

Last week was not so good in the nutrition department for me, capped off by a decent gorging session last night at a bbq. Let's see what happens this week.

WOD:

800m Run
3 x [30 Push-ups, 30 Squats]
400m Run

Scott was having technical issues with his stop-watch, so all of our times were an approximation after he managed to re-start the thing.

Nutrition:

08:30: 16oz 3-shot Americano.

11:30: 1lb Curry Chicken Salad.

16:00: Ballard Brothers Burgers & Seafood: Blue Cheese & Bacon Burger. Cup of Clam Chowder.
