Team Workout:
1200m Run
Max Wall Ball Shots
800m Run
Max Sumo Deadlift Highpull
400m Run
Max Push-ups

1 team runs 1200m while the other is doing Wall Ball. Each team member performs as many reps as they can until the last person from the other team finishes the run. Continue for the other two runs/exercises, winning team is the one with the most total reps.
