08:00: 1/2 serving Red Cabbage Slaw. 1/2can Crab Meat, 1/6can Salmon.

12:00: 4 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon, 2tbsp Salsa.

16:00: 6oz Ground Lamb, 1/2 package Broccoli Slaw, 2tbsp Butter.
