5 Deadlifts @ 100kg
20 Wall Ball Shots

Nutrition:

08:00: 4 Eggs, 4 slices Bacon, 2tbsp Salsa.

12:00: 6oz Ground Lamb, 2tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado, 1pkg Broccoli Slaw.

17:30: 1can Crab Meat (16g Protein), 1/3can Salmon (24g Protein), 1 Serving Red Cabbage Slaw.

New Recipe:

Red Cabbage Slaw:
1 head diced Red Cabbage
5 diced Celery stalks
2 diced medium Carrots
1/3 bunch diced Cilantro
4tbsp Lime Juice
8tbsp Olive Oil

Combine in a container, makes 4 servings.
