06:15: BW = 172.8lbs

WOD:

Rest

Tried doing a kipping pull-up and it hurt my hammy; need to give it a couple more days. Going to do an upper body strength workout tomorrow.

Nutrition:

07:00: 12oz 2-shot Americano.

11:00: 4oz Ground Beef, 3 slices Bacon, 1 Avocado, 2tbsp Sour Cream, 2tbsp Salsa, Mixed Greens.

17:00: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 2tbsp Salsa. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

21:00: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad. 8oz Blueberries.
