Day 2

06:30: BW = 172.8lbs

WOD:

no formal WOD, just did a bunch of pull-ups, push-ups, ring rows and ring dips throughout the day.

Nutrition:

07:00: 12oz 2-shot Americano.

11:30: 5 Eggs, 3 slices Bacon, tbsp Salsa. 1 small Nectarine.

15:30: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad. 7.5oz Blueberries.

21:00: The Ram: Caesar Salad (no croutons, extra dressing), 2 8oz Sirloin Steaks. 2 glasses of Wine.
