That felt terrible from start to finish. I had no energy. Gee, I wonder why?

16:00: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara. 1 Apple.

20:30: Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Halibut Spread, Crackers, Fig Spread. 2 Ginger Cream Cookies.
