Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Did all my sets at 75kg, was working on technique. Worked on getting hip open on second pull, and making a quick transition from the second pull to the third pull. Felt good by the end of the workout.
Also did 3 x Max Reps Push-ups:
Need to do more of these for sure. Want to be able to do 50 for first set.
1130: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 2 Endives, handful of Arugula, 1 Avocado.
1330: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad. 1 large Grapefruit.
2030: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Ground Beef & Marinara. 5 slices Watermelon.
