1200: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Tapenade. 2 slices Bacon.

1530: 5oz Ground Beef, 7oz Sauteed Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 1 Apple.

2100: some Chicken Skin, 1/2 Small Pumpkin Pie, 8oz Fig & Nut Cake.
