Felt like crap. Have lost a lot of ground here, had to do last 4 sets at 120 to work on form.

Nutrition:

0800: 1 serving Squash Chili.

1100: 6 Deviled Eggs w/ Smoked Salmon (6 halves).

1600: 4oz Salami, 6oz Macadamia Nuts. 1 Synergy Kombucha Drink.
