I've decided that the 3-on-1-off workout schedule is not realistic for me. I need a schedule that coincides with my work schedule. Since starting this new schedule, I've averaged 4 workouts/week. I'm going to switch back to working out Mon-Fri, resting on the weekends.
Rest (didn't have time all day)
1130: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Guacamole.
1630: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad.
2100: The Ram: 1 bowl Clam Chowder. Sirloin Salad (Sirloin marinated over 12 hours in our malty Buttface Amber Ale atop salad greens with champagne vinaigrette, marinated cucumber, mushroom, onion and zucchini. Topped with Gorgonzola and tomato).
