This felt terrible. It had nothing to do with the workout itself, I just felt like my legs were made out of cement. I had to nap afterwards.

Nutrition:

1130: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Sundried Tomato & Olive Bruschetta.

1530: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad. 1 Tangerine.

2030: The Red Door: 1 bowl Clam Chowder. Chicken Caesar Salad (No Croutons, Extra Dressing). 2 Martinis.
