This felt like crap. I'm sore from everything else I've done this week, so I wasn't expecting much.

Nutrition:

1230: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 1/2 Leek, 1 small bunch Baby Bok Choy. 3 Slices Bacon.

2000: Novelty Hill Winery: Grilled Asparagus. Beet & Onion Salad. Salmon. Chicken. Roast Beef. 2 small Brownies. 2 small Lemon Bars. 4 glasses Wine.
