Nutrition:

1300: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter.

1730: 5oz Ground Beef, 7oz Sauteed Cabbage. 1 Avocado.

2200: 5oz Lamb Leg, 12oz Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, 1oz Feta Cheese, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, Oregano)
