BW = 179.4lbs (not real weight gain, most likely just water retention from Beer & Burger Bun)

1200: Blue Star Cafe: Top Gun Scramble w/ extra Bacon (3 Eggs, Bacon, Spinach, Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado, Pico de Gallo). Side of Cottage Cheese. Side of Fruit.

1300: 4 cups Whole Milk.

1630: 6oz Lamb Leg. Salad (6oz Tomatoes, 4oz Cucumbers, 4oz Black Olives, 1oz Asiago Cheese, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar). 6 cups Whole Milk. 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts.

2030: 2 slices Pizza (Almond Meal Crust, Alfredo sauce, Ground Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese, Bell Pepper, Red Onion). 6 cups Whole Milk.
