Day 6

BW = 179.6lbs

WOD:

Back Squat 133kg x 5 x 3
Overhead Press 56kg x 5 x 3
Power Clean 2 x 40, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 80

Still suck at Power Cleans. Recorded my last 2 sets, I'm bending my arms early.

Nutrition:

0900: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado. 5 cups Whole Milk.

1430: 2 slices Paleo Pizza. 5 cups Whole Milk.

2100: 8oz Skirt Steak. Salad (4oz Romaine, 4tbsp Caesar Dressing). 6 cups Whole Milk.

Was really disapointed with my Power Cleans performance, so I tried a few more throughout the day and managed to record this one, which isn't half-bad. I jumped back though...
