WOD:

Back Squat 3 x 5 x 125kg

Felt heavy. Busy day, didn't get to this until the end of the day, had no energy. Wanted to Press as well, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

Nutrition:

1100: 1 large Paleo Kit (These things are amazing!)

1500: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad over 3oz Mixed Greens. 8oz Strawberries.

2030: 5oz Ground Beef, 1/2 Avocado, 4tbsp Sour Cream, 3oz Salsa, 4oz Cherry Tomatoes, 4oz Romaine.
