Squats felt much better today. Missed last rep of last two sets of presses. It's a technical issue, I'm not coming down close enough to my face, so I end up pressing forward, which is really hard. First set of deadlifts were easy, so Michael had me to heavier.
1030: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 4tbsp Sour Cream, 4oz Salsa, 4oz Romaine. 2 cups Whole Milk.
1530: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad (6 blocks). 8 cups Whole Milk.
1700 - 1830: 6 cups Whole Milk.
2100: The Pita Pit: Souvlaki Pita w/ Bacon, Tzatziki Sauce, Feta Cheese, Black Olives, Cucumbers, Shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Bell Peppers.
