1530: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 4tbsp Sour Cream, 4oz Salsa, 4oz Romaine. 6 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1830: 6 cups Whole Milk.
2030: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad (6 blocks).
Slept like crap again last night. ZMA doesn't seem to be helping, but I have been drinking milk before bed, which apparently I shouldn't be doing, because Calcium blocks Zinc absorption. I'm out of ZMA as of today, so I think I'm going to hold of buying more for a week or so, see if my sleep improves without it. I'm also going to shift my eating window so that I finish eating earlier in the day, see if that has any effect on it.
