Back Squat 146 x 5 x 3
Bench Press 91 x 5 x 3
Hip Extension 30lbs x 12 x 3
Squats felt terrible. Was shallow on a few of them, was having trouble keeping my knees out, reaching back with my butt, and driving with my hip. Slept terribly last night, woke up after about 4 hours of sleep and couldn't get back to sleep. Also had some GI distress this morning.
Nutrition:
1030: 6oz Ground Beef, 4tbsp Sour Cream, 1 Avocado, 4oz Romaine. 6 cups Whole Milk.
1630: 7oz Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts. 6 cups Whole Milk.
1830: 4 cups Whole Milk.
2100: El Guadalajara: Chicken, Beef, & Shrimp Fajitas (Just meat & veggies w/ sour cream & guacamole). 1 large Margarita.
