Day 13

WOD:

Back Squat 139kg x 5 x 3
Bench Press 87kg x 5 x 3
Power Clean 60kg x 2 x 7

Re-designed my clean. Wider grip, toes out, knees out. Still not staying over the bar long enough, not touching my thighs. Maybe 3 of my cleans were decent.

Nutrition:

0900: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado. 6 cups Whole Milk.

1500: 6 cups Whole Milk.

1600: 7oz Roasted Chicken Breast. 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts.

2000: 6 cups Whole Milk.

2100: 2 slices Paleo Pizza (Almond Meal Crust, Alfredo Sauce, Chicken, Bell Pepper, Onion).
