1100: 6oz Steak w/ Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions. 6 cups Whole Milk.

1500: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter. 6 cups Whole Milk.

1900: 6 cups Whole Milk.

2100 - 2400: A bunch of Salami, Cheese, Nuts, and Fruit. 4 glasses Wine. 2 small glasses Chardonnay.

Next time you have steak, try sauteeing mushrooms and shallots in butter, then add some beef broth and reduce a little, then add some cream (should be a somewhat rich, but not thick, sauce). It's really good!
